THE_CLIENT
BeeCauseWeCare, a budding non-profit organization, successfully sold honey for charitable donations several years prior to engaging JustPositionIt! Consulting for website development and copywriting services.
Having garnered a sizable mailing list of donors, they wanted to upgrade their 501(c)(3) with a professional digital presence. The mission of its founder, Isabella Polit and her father, Javier Polit, is to use the special gifts of the honeybee to give back to those most in need, children.
THE_CHALLENGE
BeeCauseWeCare wanted to expand their honey operation, grow their donor base, and broaden awareness for their institution. With the founder, Isabella Polit, being a teenager (at the time of discovery with JustPositionIt!), the desire was to create a mood that was visually stunning with the seriousness of a nonprofit, yet cheerful to echo her youthfulness.
Goals:
- Establish a virtual home that parallels other charitable organizations.
- Showcase the detriment of childhood special needs and poverty across the world.
- Display a refreshing atmosphere that mirrors the blossoming young leader in its owner.
THE_APPROACH
We used a comforting, sans serif font to reflect a strong and reliable feel for the nonprofit. Since the cornerstone of BeeCauseWeCare is the honey bee, we infused rich and eye-catching colors including creamy yellows and whites against a hunter green to contrast what’s experienced in nature and the lush outdoors.
THE_PHOTOGRAPHY
Chosen as the ultimate sensory language to display the perils of in-need children, most photography is the young in settings of challenge, yet surrounded by bright glows exhibiting a feeling of hope and child’s play.
Even the product shots are well illuminated, inviting, and curiosity evoking.
THE_COPYWRITING
All copy was created and written by JustPositionIt! with an air of aspiration, optimism, and promise conveying the misfortune of many while promoting the possibility of change through a shared purpose.
